Aquaponics is the combination of raising fish - Aquaculture - and Hydroponics – growing plants in nutrient rich water instead of soil.

The fish supply the nutrients for the plants and the plants purify the water for the fish. A perfect synergy.

We get to eat a healthy, highly nutritious combination of protein and vegetables, free from chemical fertilizers, weed killers and insecticides.
